NAMO TASSA BHAGAVATO ARAHATO SAMMASAMBUDDHASSA !
Con xin thành kính tri ân và đảnh lễ Các Bậc Thầy, vì đã trao truyền Pháp Ấn Dược Sư cho con:
1. Thầy Thích Minh Quang - Vị Thầy Mật Tông hiện nay của con, thuộc Dòng Pháp Dược Sư - Hệ Liên Hoa Bồ Tát Bộ.
2. Thầy Thích Thiện Tâm - Đệ tử của Thầy Thích Thanh Ngọc ở Chùa Khuông Việt cả đời chuyên tu về DƯỢC SƯ ĐÀN.
3. Thầy Tuấn - Huyền Chân Tử là tác giả của quyển Kinh ÔNG TÁO; Vị Thầy luôn luôn lắng nghe và chia sẻ mọi nỗi niềm cùng con trên tinh thần tu học, học hỏi hòa đồng cùng tiến, luôn luôn quan tâm đến con và cầm tay chỉnh sửa từng Pháp Ấn 1 cho con ( Kể cả Vị Thầy Mật Tông hiện nay của con cũng chẳng làm điều đó cho con ! ). Con thật cảm động làm sao, bởi sự nhiệt tâm và đầy tấm chân tình mà Thầy đã dành cho con; mặc dù con không phải là Đệ tử của Thầy, tuổi đời của con thuộc hàng con cháu của Thầy nhưng những đặc ân của Thầy dành cho con quá lớn so với các hàng đệ tử của Thầy ( Qua cử chỉ ánh mắt cùng tâm trạng của chúng đệ tử Thầy, thì con thấy họ rất nể và sợ Thầy thì phải ??? Con nghe thật ngỡ ngàng làm sao và còn trố mắt ra hết cỡ, khi lần đầu tiên con gặp họ ở nhà Thầy và bọn gọi Thầy là " SƯ ÔNG " mặc dầu Thầy là Vị Thầy Cư Sĩ và bọn họ ngồi bẹp dí dưới đất hoặc ngồi bằng ghế xúp; còn Con và bạn của con lại ngồi ngang hàng cùng Thầy; thật là 1 đặc ấn lớn mà Thầy dành cho con và các bạn của con. Chính Thầy là Vị Thầy truyền thừa Pháp Ấn Dược Sư cho con mà phổ thông ai cũng bị sai cả; mà con luôn thắc mắc và bận tâm, tại sao các thầy tu Mật Tông VN hay bị bế kết Kinh Mạch không thông và sinh ra các bệnh tật nhiều như thế...... theo lời bài Pháp mà HT.Thích Trí Quảng đã giảng giải; bỡi do sự kiết Ấn sai hoặc duy trì Ấn quá lâu trong khi niệm tụng mà thành ra như vậy cả ! Điển hình nhiều Vị sau này tay bị dị tật và run rẩy.....Vị này cũng có tiếng trên diễn đàn và trong giới Huyền Thuật đó ( Theo lời Vị Thầy Mật Tông hiện nay của con chỉ nên kiết Ấn trì tụng 7 biến rồi Xã Ấn; theo Lama Hồng Nhật - Lama Jamyang Chokyi Gyeltsen đã từng dạy con chỉ nên kiết ấn niệm trong vài biến hoặc vài phút mà thôi, sau đó chắp tay Phổ Lễ Ấn mà trì tụng; còn HT.Thích Nhật Quang thì Ngài dạy, kiết Ấn trì tụng cho đến khi cảm thấy mỏi tay thì xã Ấn ngay, xoay bóp cho máu huyết lưu thông; và sau đó kiết Ấn trở lại mà trì tụng ).
Vì để làm lợi lạc cho mình, mọi người và tất cả mọi loài, mà con không ngại mình tài hèn sức mọn; Nay, con khẩn nguyện đến Đức Dược Sư Lưu Ly Quang Vương Như Lai xin cho phép con được phổ truyền Chân Ngôn của Ngài, để cho Pháp Bảo không bị thất truyền, mà được luân chuyên trong khắp pháp giới, để làm lợi lạc cho khắp loài các hữu tình hoặc vô tình. Con nguyện Xin Đức Phật Ngài đây, cùng Chư Vị hãy chấp thuận cho ý nguyện của con. Nếu như có gì không hợp Thánh Ý của Ngài và Chư Vị; Con nguyện xin quý Ngài hãy cảnh tỉnh còn bằng những dòng Pháp nhủ.
Nguyên do bài chú này, trích từ Bộ sách Mật Tông do Thầy Thích Quảng Trí kết tập & biên soạn dành cho Các đệ tử của mình để dễ bề tu học ( Sách rất cũ từ xưa, đánh máy bằng máy đánh chữ thời xưa, quay ra bằng nereo ). Tôi chép lại bài chú từ Sách này ra; sách là do của Sư Đệ tôi. Xin được gửi lời cảm ơn chân thành nhất đến Đệ và gia đình của Đệ ấy, Cầu chúc cho vạn sự cát tường ! Sarva Mangalam !

The names of the Seven Buddhas of the Past (過去七佛 Guoqu Qi Fo) are listed below in their Indian Pali and Sanskrit names, followed by their Chinese transliterations:

There is a group of seven healing buddhas (i.e. medicine buddhas) mentioned in the Sutra of the Merits of the Fundamental Vows of the Seven Master of Healing Buddhas of Lapis Lazuli Light (藥師琉璃光七佛本願功德經 Yaoshi Liuli Guang Qifo Benyuan Gongde Jing) (Taisho Tripitaka T14 No. 451).
The Seven Master of Healing Buddhas (藥師七佛 Yaoshi Qifo) are:
1. Buddha the Monarch of Virtuous Renown and Auspiciousness (善名稱吉祥王佛 Shan Mingcheng Jixiang Wang Fo)
2. Buddha the Unrestrained Monarch of the Precious Moon, Wisdom, and Rigorous Light and Sound (寶月智嚴光音自在王佛 Baoyue Zhiyan Guangyin Zizai Wang Fo)

The 35 Buddhas of Repentance
There is also a group of thirty-five buddhas listed in the Great Precious Collection Sutra, also known as the Maharatnakuta Sutra (大寶積經 Dabaoji Jing) (Taisho Tripitaka T11 No. 310). The same list of buddhas is found in the Sutra Spoken by the Buddha on the Established Vinaya (佛說決定毗尼經 Foshuo Jueding Pini Jing) (Taisho Tripitaka T12 No. 325) and it is also found in the Ritual Repentance Text of the Names of the Thirty-five Buddhas Spoken by the Buddha (佛說三十五佛名禮懺文 Foshuo Sanshiwu Foming Lichan Wen) (Taisho Tripitaka T12 No. 326).

1 Unable to find with certainty the meaning or Sanskrit equivalent of Suoliuna from which the Chinese term was derived from. It is possible that it is a transliteration of the Sanskrit term Sharana which means refuge. The name may also be connected to a deity related with water in Indian religion.
2 Varuna is also the name of the Indian deity of the water heaven realm and element.
3 Narayana is also an epithet of the Indian god Vishnu. Another meaning of the name is resting place for all living entities. And yet another meaning is direction and goal of human beings [towards liberation].
