Bhaiṣajya-guru-vaiḍūrya-prabha-rāja-sūtram |
5 oṃ namaḥ sarva-jñāya | namo bhagavate bhaiṣajya-guru-vaiḍūrya-prabharājāya tathāgatāya ||
evaṃ mayā śrutam | ekasmin samaye bhagavān jana-pada-caryāṃ
caramāṇo ’nu-pūrveṇa, yena vaiśālīṃ mahā-nagarīṃ tenânu-prâpto ’bhūt | tatra
khalu bhagavān vaiśālyāṃ viharati sma. vādya-svara-vṛkṣa-mūle mahatā
10 bhikṣu-saṃghena sārdham, aṣṭabhir bikṣu-sahasraiḥ ṣaṭ-triṃśadbhiś ca
bodhisattva-sahasraiḥ sārdhaṃ, rājâmātya-brāhmaṇa-gṛha-pati-saṃhatyā devanāga-yakṣa-gandharvâsura-garuḍa-kinnara-mahôraga-manuṣyâmanuṣyaparṣadā ca pari-vṛtaḥ puras-kṛto, dharmaṃ deśayati sma |
如是我聞:一時,薄伽梵遊化諸國, 廣嚴城,住樂音樹下,與大苾芻眾. 千
15 人俱,菩薩摩訶薩三萬六千,及國王 大臣、婆羅門、居士、天、龍、藥叉 人、非
人等.無量大眾,恭敬圍繞,而為說 。
atha khalu mañju-śrīr dharma-rāja-putro buddhânubhāvenôtthāyâsanād,
ekâṃsam ut-tarâsaṅgaṃ kṛtvā, dakṣiṇaṃ jānu-maṇḍalaṃ pṛthivyāṃ pratiṣṭhāpya, yena bhagavāṃs tenâñjaliṃ pra-ṇam-ya, bhagavantam etad avocat -
deśayatu bhagavaṃs teṣāṃ tathāgatānāṃ nāmāni, teṣāṃ pūrva-pra-ṇi-dhāna-vi5 stara-vi-bhaṅgam | vayaṃ śrutvā, sarva-karmâvaraṇāni vi-śodhayema, paścime
kāle, paścime samaye, sad-dharma-pratirūpake vartamāne sattvānām anugraham upâdā-ya |
爾時,曼殊室利法王子,承佛威神, 座而起,偏袒一肩,右膝著地,向薄 梵,
曲躬.合掌,白言:「世尊!惟願演 如是相類諸佛名號,及本大願.殊勝 德,令諸
10 聞者.業障銷除,為欲利樂.像法轉 .諸有情故。」
atha bhagavān mañju-śriye kumāra-bhūtāya sādhu-kāram adāt - sādhu
sādhu mañju-śrīḥ, mahā-kāruṇikas tvaṃ mañju-śrīḥ | tvam a-pra-meyāṃ
karuṇāṃ janayitvā, mamâdhy-eṣase nānā-karmâvaraṇenâ-vṛtānāṃ sattvānām
arthāya hitāya sukhāya deva-manuṣyāṇāṃ ca hitârthāya | tena hi tvaṃ mañju15 śrīḥ śṛṇu sādhu ca su-ṣṭhu ca manasi-kuru, bhāṣiṣye |
爾時,世尊讚曼殊室利童子言:「善 ,善哉。曼殊室利!汝以大悲,勸請 說諸
佛名號、本願.功德,為拔業障所纏 情,利益安樂.像法轉時.諸有情故 汝今諦
聽,極善思惟。當為汝說。」
evaṃ bhagavan, iti mañju-śrīḥ kumāra-bhūto bhagavataḥ praty-a-śrau-ṣī-t |
20 曼殊室利言:「唯然,願說。我等樂 。」
bhagavāṃs tasyaitad avocat –
asti mañju-śrīḥ pūrvasmin dig-bhāge, ito buddha-kṣetrād, daśa-gaṅgānadī-vālukā-samāni buddha-kṣetrāṇy ati-kram-ya, vaiḍūrya-nirbhāsā nāma
loka-dhātuḥ | tatra bhaiṣajya-guru-vaiḍūrya-prabho nāma tathāgato ’rhan
samyak-saṃ-buddho viharati, vidyā-caraṇa-saṃ-pannaḥ su-gato loka-vid an-uttaraḥ puruṣa-damya-sārathiś ca śāstā devānāṃ manuṣyāṇāṃ ca buddho
bhagavān|
5 佛告曼殊室利:「東方,去此,過. 殑伽沙等.佛土,有世界,名.淨琉 ,佛
號.藥師.琉璃光.如來.應.正等 .明行圓滿.善逝.世間解.無上丈 調御士.
天人師.佛.薄伽梵。
tasya khalu punar mañju-śrīḥ bhagavato bhaiṣajya-guru-vaiḍūryaprabhasya tathāgatasya pūrvaṃ bodhisattva-cārikāṃ carata imāni dvā-daśa
10 mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānāny abhūvan | katamāni dvā-daśa mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānāni?
曼殊室利!彼佛.世尊.藥師.琉璃 .如來,本行菩薩道時,發十二大願 令
諸有情.所求皆得。
prathamaṃ tasya mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānam abhūt - yadâham an-ā-gate ’dhvani
an-ut-tarāṃ samyak-saṃ-bodhim abhi-saṃ-budhyeyam, tadā mama śarīra15 prabhayā a-pra-meyâ-saṃ-khyeyâ-pari-māṇā loka-dhātavo bhrājeraṃs tapyeran
viroceran | yathā câhaṃ dvā-triṃśadbhir mahā-puruṣa-lakṣaṇaiḥ sam-anv-āgataḥ, aśītibhiś cânu-vyañjanair alaṃ-kṛta-dehaḥ, tathaiva sarva-sattvā
bhaveyuḥ ||
第一大願:願我來世.得阿耨多羅三 三菩提時,自身光明熾然,照曜無量 無
20 數、無邊世界,以三十二大丈夫相、 十隨好.莊嚴其身;令一切有情.如 無異。
(dvitīyaṃ tasya mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānam abhūt - yadâham an-ā-gate ’dhvani
an-ut-tarāṃ samyak-saṃ-bodhim abhi-saṃ-budhyeyam, tadā bodhi-prâptasya
ca me kāyaḥ an-argha-vaiḍūrya-maṇir iva antar-bahir aty-anta-pari-śuddho vi-
mala-prabhā-saṃ-pannaḥ syāt | vipula-kāyas tad-upamena śriyā tejasā ca pratyupa-sthitaḥ syāt | tasyâṃśu-jālāni ravi-śaśi-karān ati-krāmeyuḥ. te ca ye ke-cit
sattvā loka-dhātau jātāś ca, ye câpi puruṣāḥ, te tamisrāyāṃ ratrāv andha-kāre
nānā-diśaṃ gaccheyuḥ | sarva-dikṣu mama ābhayā spṛṣṭāḥ kuśalāni ca) karmāṇi
5 kurvīran ||
第二大願:願我來世.得菩提時,身 琉璃,內外明徹,淨無瑕穢,光明廣 ,
功德巍巍,身善安住,焰網莊嚴,過 日月;幽冥眾生,悉蒙開曉,隨意所 ,作諸
事業。
tṛtīyaṃ tasya mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānam abhūt - (Vaidya 166) yadâham an-ā10 gate ’dhvani an-ut-tarāṃ samyak-saṃ-bodhim abhi-saṃ-budhyeyam, tadā
bodhi-prâptasya ca me ye sattvā a-pra-meya-prajñôpāya-balâdhānenâ-parimāṇasya sattva-dhātor a-kṣayāyôpa-bhogāya pari-bhogāya syuḥ | kasya-ci(t)
sattvasya kena-cid vaikalyaṃ na syāt ||
第三大願:願我來世.得菩提時,以 量、無邊智慧、方便,令諸有情.皆 無
15 盡所受用物,莫令眾生有所乏少。
caturthaṃ tasya mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānam abhūt - yadâham an-ā-gate ’dhvani
an-ut-tarāṃ samyak-saṃ-bodhim abhi-saṃ-budhyeyam, tadā bodhiprâpto ’haṃ ye ku-mārga-prati-pannāḥ sattvāḥ śrāvaka-mārga-prati-pannāḥ
praty-eka-buddha-mārga-prati-pannāś ca, te sattvā an-ut-tare bodhi-mārge
20 mahā-yāne ni-yojayeran ||
第四大願:願我來世.得菩提時,若 有情行邪道者,悉令安住菩提道中; 行
聲聞、獨覺乘者,皆以大乘而安立之
pañcamaṃ tasya mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānam abhūt - yadâham an-ā-gate ’dhvani
an-ut-tarāṃ samyak-saṃ-bodhim abhi-saṃ-budhyeyam, tadā bodhi-prâptasya
ca me ye sattvā mama śāsane brahma-caryaṃ careyuḥ, te sarve a-khaṇḍa-śīlāḥ
syuḥ su-saṃ-vṛtāḥ | mā ca kasya-ci(t) śīla-vi-pannasya, mama nāmadheyaṃ
5 śrutvā, kva-cid dur-gati-gamanaṃ syāt ||
第五大願:願我來世.得菩提時,若 無量、無邊有情,於我法中.修行梵 ,
一切皆令得不缺戒,具三聚戒。設有 犯,聞我名已,還得清淨,不墮惡趣
ṣaṣṭhaṃ tasya mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānam abhūt - yadâham an-ā-gate ’dhvani anut-tarāṃ samyak-saṃ-bodhim abhi-saṃ-budhyeyam, tadā bodhi-prâptasya ca
10 me ye sattvā hīna-kāyā vi-kalêdriyā dur-varṇā jaḍaiḍa-mūkā laṃgāḥ kubjāḥ
śvitrāḥ kuṇḍā andhā badhirā un-mattā, ye cânye śarīra-stha-vyādhayaḥ, te mama
nāmadheyaṃ śrutvā, sarve sa-kalêndriyāḥ su-pari-pūrṇa-gātrā bhaveyuḥ ||
第六大願:願我來世.得菩提時,若 有情.其身下劣、諸根不具、醜陋、 愚、
盲、聾、瘖瘂、攣躄、背僂、白癩、 狂.種種病苦;聞我名已,一切皆得 正、黠
15 慧,諸根完具,無諸疾苦。
saptamaṃ tasya mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānam abhūt - yadâham an-ā-gate ’dhvani
an-ut-tarāṃ samyak-saṃ-bodhim abhi-saṃ-budhyeyam, tadā bodhi-prâptasya
ca me ye nānā-vyādhi-pari-pīḍitāḥ sattvā a-trāṇā a-śaraṇā bhaiṣajyôpa-karaṇavi-rahitā a-nāthā daridrā duḥkhitāḥ, sace(t) teṣāṃ mama nāmadheyaṃ karṇa20 puṭe ni-patet, teṣāṃ sarva-vyādhayaḥ pra-śameyuḥ, nī-rogāś ca nir-upa-dravāś
ca, te syur yāva(t) bodhi-pary-avasānam ||
第七大願:願我來世.得菩提時,若 有情.眾病逼切,無救、無歸、無醫 無
藥、無親、無家、貧窮、多苦;我之 號,一經其耳,眾病悉得除,身心安 ,家屬、
資具.悉皆豐足,乃至證得無上菩提
aṣṭamaṃ tasya mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānam abhūt - yadâham an-ā-gate ’dhvani
an-ut-tarāṃ samyak-saṃ-bodhim abhi-saṃ-budhyeyam, tadā yaḥ kaś-cin mātṛgrāmo nānā-strī-doṣa-śataiḥ saṃ-kliṣṭaṃ strī-bhāvaṃ vi-ju-gupsitaṃ mātṛgrāma-yoniṃ ca pari-moktu-kāmo, mama nāmadheyaṃ dhārayet, tasya mātṛ5 grāmasya na strī-bhāvo bhavet yāva(t) bodhi-pary-avasānam ||
第八大願:願我來世.得菩提時,若 女人.為女百惡.之所逼惱,極生厭 ,
願捨女身;聞我名已,一切皆得轉女 男,具丈夫相,乃至證得無上菩提。
navamaṃ tasya mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānam abhūt - yadâham an-ā-gate ’dhvani
an-ut-tarāṃ samyak-saṃ-bodhim abhi-saṃ-budhyeyam, tadā bodhi10 prâpto ’haṃ sarva-sattvān māra-pāśa-bandhana-baddhān nānā-dṛṣṭi-gahanasaṃkaṭa-prâptān, sarva-māra-pāśa-dṛṣṭi-gatibhyo vi-ni-vartya, samyag-dṛṣṭau
ni-yojyânu-pūrveṇa bodhisattva-cārikāṃ saṃ-darśayeyam ||
第九大願:願我來世.得菩提時,令 有情.出.魔羂網,解脫一切外道纏 ;
若墮種種惡見稠林,皆當引攝,置於 見,漸令修習諸菩薩行,速證無上正 菩提。
15 daśamaṃ tasya mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānam abhūt - yadâham an-ā-gate ’dhvani
an-ut-tarāṃ samyak-saṃ-bodhim abhi-saṃ-budhyeyam, tadā bodhi-prâptasya
ca me ye ke-cit sattvā rājâdhi-bhaya-bhītāḥ, ye vā bandhana-baddhâva-ruddhāḥ
vadhârhā an-eka-māyābhir upa-drutā vi-mānitāś ca kāyika-vācika-caitasikaduḥkhair abhy-ā-hatāḥ, te mama nāmadheyasya śravaṇena madīyena puṇyânu20 bhāvena ca sarva-bhayôpa-dravebhyaḥ pari-mucyeran ||
第十大願:願我來世.得菩提時,若 有情.王法所錄,縲縛、鞭撻,繫閉 獄,
或當刑戮,及餘無量災難凌辱,悲愁 迫,身心受苦;若聞我名,以我福德 神力故,
皆得解脫一切憂苦。
ekā-daśamaṃ tasya mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānam abhūt - yadâham an-āgate ’dhvani an-ut-tarāṃ samyak-saṃ-bodhim abhi-saṃ-budhyeyam, tadā
bodhi-prâptasya ca me ye sattvāḥ kṣudhâgninā pra-jvalitāḥ, āhāra-pāna-paryêṣṭy-abhi-yuktāḥ, tan-nidānaṃ, pāpaṃ kurvanti, sace(t) te mama nāmadheyaṃ
5 dhārayeyuḥ, ahaṃ teṣāṃ varṇa-gandha-rasôpêtena āhāreṇa śarīraṃ saṃtarpayeyam[, paścā dharma-rasenâty-anta-sukhe prati-ṣṭhāpayeyam].

第十一大願:願我來世.得菩提時, 諸有情.飢渴所惱,為求食故,造諸 業;
得聞我名,專念受持;我當先以上妙 食.飽足其身,後以法味,畢竟安樂 而建立
之。
10 dvā-daśamaṃ tasya mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānam abhūt - yadâham an-āgate ’dhvani an-ut-tarāṃ samyak-saṃ-bodhim abhi-saṃ-budhyeyam, tadā
bodhi-prâptasya ca me ye ke-cit sattvā vasana-vi-rahitā daridrāḥ śītôṣṇa-daṃśamaśakair upa-drutā rātriṃ divaṃ duḥkham anu-bhavanti, sace(t) te mama
nāmadheyeṃ dhārayeyuḥ, ahaṃ teṣāṃ ca vastra-pari-bhogam upa-saṃ15 hareyam, nānā-raṅgai raktāṃś ca kāmān upa-nāmayeyam, (Vaidya 167) vi-vidhaiś
ca ratnâbharaṇa-gandha-mālya-vilepana-vādya-tūrya-tāḍāvacaraiḥ sarvasattvānāṃ sarvâbhi-prāyān pari-pūrayeyam ||
第十二大願:願我來世.得菩提時, 諸有情.貧、無衣服,蚊、虻、寒、 ,
晝、夜逼惱;若聞我名,專念受持, 其所好,即得種種上妙衣服,亦得一 寶莊嚴
20 具,華、鬘、塗香、鼓、樂.眾伎, 心所翫,皆令滿足。
imāni dvā-daśa mahā-pra-ṇi-dhānāni mañju-śrīḥ bhagavān bhaiṣajyaguru-vaiḍūrya-prabhas tathāgato ’rhan samyak-saṃ-buddhaḥ pūrvaṃ bodhicārikāṃ caran kṛtavān ||
曼殊室利!是為彼世尊.藥師.琉璃 .如來.應.正等覺.行菩薩道時, 發
5 十二微妙上願。
tasya khalu punar mañju-śrīḥ bhagavato bhaiṣajya-guru-vaiḍūryaprabhasya tathāgatasya yat pra-ṇi-dhānaṃ, yac ca buddha-kṣetra-guṇa-vyūhaṃ,
tan na śakyaṃ kalpena vā kalpâva-śeṣeṇa vā kṣapayitum | su-vi-śuddhaṃ tad
buddha-kṣetraṃ vy-apa-gata-śilā-śarkara-kaṭhalyam apa-gata-kāma-doṣam
10 apa-gatâpāya-duḥkha-śabdam apa-gata-mātṛ-grāmam | vaiḍūrya-mayī ca sā
mahā-pṛthivī, kuḍya-prākāra-prāsāda-toraṇa-gavākṣa-jāla-niryūha-sapta-ratnamayī. yadṛśī sukhāvatī loka-dhātus, tādṛśā [sā vaiḍūrya-nir-bhāsā lokadhātuḥ]5 |
復次,曼殊室利!彼世尊.藥師.琉 光.如來,行菩薩道時.所發大願, 彼
15 佛土功德、莊嚴,我若一劫,若一劫 ,說不能盡。然,彼佛土,一向清淨 無有女
人,亦無惡趣,及苦音聲。琉璃為地 金繩.界道,城闕、宮閣、軒窓、羅 ,皆七
寶成。亦如西方極樂世界,功德、莊 ,等無差別。
tatra vaiḍūrya-nir-bhāsāyāṃ loka-dhātau, dvau bodhisattvau mahāsattvau,
teṣām a-pra-meyāṇām a-saṃ-khyeyānāṃ bodhisattvānāṃ mahāsattvānāṃ pra20 mukhau. ekakaḥ sūrya-vairocano nāma, dvitīyaś candra-vairocanaḥ, yau tasya
bhagavato bhaiṣajya-guru-vaiḍūrya-prabhasya tathāgatasya sad-dharma-kośaṃ
dhārayataḥ |
於其國中,有二菩薩摩訶薩:一名. 光遍照,二名.月光遍照;是彼無量 無
數菩薩眾之上首,悉能持彼世尊.藥 .琉璃光.如來正法寶藏。
tasmāt tarhi mañju-śrīḥ śrāddhena kula-putreṇa vā kula-duhitrā vā, tatra
buddha-kṣetrôpa-pattaye pra-ṇi-dhānaṃ karaṇīyam ||
5 是故,曼殊室利!諸有信心善男子、 女人等,應當願生彼佛世界。」
